Shipping & Returns

Dispatch Typically 2–5 business days
Tracking Tracking links can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch depending on the carrier.
Returns Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping

We print and fulfil to order. Once dispatched, you’ll receive shipping updates where available.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are produced after purchase and then dispatched. Production and dispatch typically take 2–5 business days (may be longer during peak periods).

Delivery times & carriers

Delivery estimates depend on your location and service selected at checkout. UK orders are usually delivered within a few business days after dispatch; international orders can take longer.

  • Common carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD (varies by destination and service).
  • Delivery estimates start after dispatch, not order date.
Tracking & updates

If a tracking number is issued by the carrier, it will be emailed to you and visible on your order status page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address changes & delivery issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need a change, contact us ASAP via Get In Touch. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be possible. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Returns

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return window & eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and returned in original condition. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible unless faulty.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
  • Keep proof of postage for your records.
Damaged / incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Banks may take a few business days to show the funds.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different variant or colour, the quickest method is usually to place a new order and return the original (subject to eligibility). Message us and we’ll advise the best route.
